January was a record-setting month for snow in our area. Our biggest storm of the winter was in mid-January, leaving 4.5 feet of snow in its wake. It was the only day that school was cancelled so far this winter. The kids have had fun playing out in the snow and finding icicles to eat around the house.

Despite the incessant shoveling, somehow we found some time to get to the children's museum in Salt Lake City. The kids had a great time playing and exploring.
